It won't be perfect, it may have scratches, it might have some rust but it will work.  These units have stood the test of time & rarely have issues.  Set up & shippings fees are extra where applicable.

  • Return & Refund Policy-

    Recliners can be returned with refund within 30 days of receiving.  If shipping is beyond 150 mile radius of the warehouse (Melvindale) then the recliner must be either delivered or return shipped to the warehouse at the buyer's expense.

  • Shipping-

    These recliners are built to last but are heavy.  Shipping must be done using a frieght truck with a lift gate.  We charge a flat rate for this because it is expensive.  Also, it will take at least 2 people to take the recliner from the delivery point to the final room.  You may have to go up/down stairs or around corners.  At a minimum, it is a 2 person job.    

  • DISCLAIMER

    The use of the BPM recliner is at your own risk!  It is a totally safe machine but careless, reckless behaviour could result in serious injury or even death.  Therefore, if you decide to purchase the BPM recliner, it is understood that you:

    1.       (A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Tech Systems Michigan LLC, Shoreline Athletic Club LLC and/or their staff, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents;

    2.       (B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of using or misusing the BPM recliner, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. I acknowledge that, Tech Systems Michigan LLC, Shoreline Athletic Club LLC, and their staff, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agent s are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting the use, delivery, set up or testing of the BPM recliner in any way. I acknowledge that using, transporting or assembling the BPM recliner may be strenuous or may cause a physical harm or serious injury with it the potential for death or property loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused in the home or place where it is used, the condition of participants, or actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants or people who use the recliner without the purchaser's approval. These risks are not only inherent to the owner but are also present for anyone using the recliner. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SUBMIT TO THE CONDITIONS THEREOF
